About Us

Traveling Peanut Free is a collection of travel anecdotes as told by a couple from NYC who has a goal of tackling the most remote and beautiful countries in the world. Coupled with our passion of travel we aim to raise awareness and provide travel tips to those wishing to expand their cultural experiences while having food allergies.

Who are travelers?

Ashley is the relaxed “give her a Piña colada and beach” vacationer. She prefers five star hotels, flying business class and spa visits. When it comes to planning their next adventure, Ashley is the planner. She spends months researching the destinations and the perfect combination of adventure, cultural and relaxing activities.

  • Food: Udon at Suiran a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kyoto Japan

Chase is the adventurer. He cannot stand to sit still on the beach for more than ten minutes and is always looking for the most off the beaten path activities. He rarely researches anything before he leaves and often does not know the itinerary of the trip prior to getting to the airport check-in counter. Chase has a severe peanut allergy, but does not let that get in the way of trying new foods.
